Ceramic-bonded superhard abrasive tools are manufactured by cold pressing and sintering raw materials to bond the superhard abrasive particles together into segments. These segments are then bonded and cured to a base material, followed by post-processing steps. Among all abrasive tools, they have the highest operating linear speed and withstand significant forces during use.  They utilize steel or carbon fiber materials to create ultra-high-strength bases to meet the requirements of high-speed grinding environments, with maximum operating linear speeds reaching 160 meters per second. These abrasive tools combine the characteristics of superhard abrasives and ceramic binders: strong grinding ability, lower grinding temperature, less tool wear, high durability, and long service life. They also exhibit good heat, oil, water, acid, and alkali resistance, and their porous material structure facilitates chip removal.
