Multi-Channel Synchronous Filling: Modular array configuration allows simultaneous multi-head filling (from 2 up to 32 channels), significantly increasing production line throughput and output efficiency.
Valveless Positive-Displacement Accuracy: Utilizes synchronized rotating-and-reciprocating ceramic plungers to govern fluid intake and discharge, eliminating check valve lagging, clogging, and mechanical backflow.
High Volumetric Consistency: Individual channel servo/stepper motor control delivers continuous dispensing accuracy of $le pm0.3%$ and head-to-head filling repeatability of $le 0.15%$.
Sapphire-Grade Ceramic Fluid Path: High-density Zirconia ($ZrO_2$) or Alumina ($Al_2O_3$) plungers and sleeves feature near-zero clearance fits ($le 2,mutext{m}$), ensuring self-lubrication, zero particle shedding, and complete resistance to aggressive chemicals and sterile bio-fluids.
Smart Drip-Proof & Suck-Back Control: Programmable anti-drip suck-back routines prevent droplet formation at filling nozzles, ensuring clean container necks and seamless sealing.
