The Double-Head Valveless Ceramic Constant-Flow Metering Pump utilizes dual ceramic plungers operating in parallel or alternating phases to deliver an ultra-smooth, pulse-free, continuous fluid flow. By pairing two valveless rotating-reciprocating ceramic pump heads, this unit eliminates flow pulsation, valve clogging, and pressure spikes. Engineered with ultra-hard, wear-resistant technical ceramics, it provides continuous, highly accurate, and chemical-resistant metering for demanding micro-fluidic, industrial, and automated filling applications.
Pulse-Free Constant Flow: Alternating dual-head synchronization cancels out the intake/discharge pulsation inherent in single-plunger pumps, delivering a smooth, continuous fluid stream.
Valveless Positive Displacement: Operates without internal check valves, springs, or dynamic seals, completely preventing valve sticking, backflow, and clogging from suspended solids or high-viscosity media.
Dual-Channel Flexibility: Can be configured in Synchronous Parallel Mode (for double flow rate or pulse elimination) or Proportional Dual-Liquid Mode (for precise ratio mixing of two distinct fluids).
High-Purity Ceramic Fluid Path: Lapped zirconia ($ZrO_2$) or alumina ($Al_2O_3$) plungers and sleeves feature near-zero clearance fits ($le 2mutext{m}$), offering self-lubrication, zero particle shedding, and exceptional wear life.
Extreme Chemical Resistance: Fully inert wetted materials resist strong acids, harsh alkalis, organic solvents, and sterile biological fluids without degradation.
