Milligram-Level Precision: Achieves dispensing volumes as low as 0.1 mg with exceptional volumetric accuracy ($le pm0.3%$) and repeatability ($le 0.15%$).
Wear-Resistant Ceramic Fluid Path: Sapphire-grade zirconia ($ZrO_2$) or alumina ($Al_2O_3$) piston and sleeve assemblies feature tight clearance fits ($le 2mutext{m}$), providing self-lubricating, non-galling operation for tens of millions of cycles.
