Utilizing a valveless, rotating-reciprocating ceramic piston mechanism, this pump completely eliminates internal check valves, seals, and dynamic elastomers. Constructed with sapphire-grade technical ceramics, it delivers extreme accuracy, chemical immunity, and maintenance-free, pulse-free fluid transfer for critical low-volume manufacturing and laboratory automation.
Valveless Reciprocating Design: Combines 360° piston rotation with linear displacement to control fluid inlet and outlet ports, eliminating valve clogging, jamming, and leakage.
Milligram-Level Precision: Enables ultra-low volume dispensing down to 0.1 mg with exceptional repeatability ($le 0.3%$) and volumetric accuracy ($le pm0.5%$).
Ultra-Hard Ceramic Components: Piston and cylinder liners are precision-lapped from high-purity zirconia ($ZrO_2$) or alumina ($Al_2O_3$), providing near-zero clearance, self-lubrication, and zero particulate shedding.
