Si3N4 material are as follows:

Si3N4 has the better thermal shock resistance and high temperature mechanical strength, there needspreheating when using it, the strength of tube won't vary after preheating, and thus can realize bettelreliability than conventional ceramics.
Low-wettability of molten aluminum can reduce the adsorbate and slagging on tube, make it easier todo the daily maintence.
Because of the excellent corrosion resistance, so there is no eluted contamination into moltenaluminum, this is the key factor to keep the molten metal purity.
Si3N4 material has a low heat conduction,and superior heat preservation perfomance, thus can reducethe heat loss.
Si3N4 is a dense material and maintains its high mechanical strength even at elevated temperatures.Cpmpared to reaction bonded materials, it assures trouble free operation, in fact, practicaaccomplishment shows more than 1 year in use.
