Pump Type
There are several types of slurry pumps, the most common being: centrifugal pumps and positive displacement pumps.
A centrifugal slurry pump capable of providing a high capacity with a limited head is mainly used for pumping slurry through a pipeline for solids of less than 70% volume concentration.
The centrifugal slurry pump can be vertical, horizontal or submersible.
Product Description
ZJ-series is single stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal slurry pump. ZJ-series pumps are in accordance with the theory of two-phase fluids and they are designed according to the principle of minimizing the total loss. Geometrical shape of its flow passage components is suitable for flow condition of medium. In this way, the hydraulic loss among parts where eddy and impacting occur is reduced so that abrasion of flow passage components is reduced; water efficiency is increased; running noises and vibration are reduced; High-alloy cast iron, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, is used for flow passage componentsto improve service life.
The types of transmission include direct connection, belt, hydraulic fluid power and frequency conversion. According todifferent connections like seriesconnection andparallel connection, transmission type can be changed.
