The BTAID5D3-PRO Professional HD Pipe Inspection Camera System is a portable video inspection solution designed for visual inspection of water supply pipes, wastewater pipes, air-conditioning and ventilation ducts, cable conduits, vacuum ducts, plumbing systems, building structures and other enclosed spaces.
Equipped with an 8-inch TFT/LCD color monitor, a 2-megapixel color camera, 5.2 mm fiberglass push cable and integrated video recording functions, the system allows operators to inspect hard-to-reach areas in real time, capture photos, record video and store inspection footage on a USB drive or TF card.
The cable reel is available in 20 m, 30 m and 40 m configurations, making the system suitable for different inspection distances. The controller also supports HDMI output and optional Wi-Fi connectivity for viewing the camera image on a mobile phone or tablet.
The large 8-inch TFT/LCD display provides a clear real-time view of the inspection area with 1280 × 800 pixel resolution, making it easier for operators to observe pipe interiors and enclosed spaces.
The CD23HT camera uses a 1/3-inch CMOS image sensor with an effective resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. Automatic white balance and gain control help maintain a stable inspection image under different conditions.
The system uses a 5.2 mm diameter fiberglass push cable and is available in 20 m, 30 m and 40 m lengths, allowing you to select a suitable configuration according to inspection distance.
Record inspection videos in 1920 × 1080 resolution and capture inspection photos. Recorded videos are stored in MP4 format and can be saved to a USB drive or TF card. The system supports storage devices up to 512GB.
The controller includes a cable distance counter with selectable meter/feet units, allowing operators to monitor the approximate cable length used during inspection.
The camera features 9 high-brightness white LEDs with a 450 LUX light output. LED brightness can be adjusted directly from the controller to improve visibility inside dark pipes and enclosed spaces.
The controller is equipped with a 12V 8000mAh lithium battery. According to the user manual, a fully charged battery can provide approximately 5–6 hours of operation.
The controller provides an HDMI interface for high-definition video output. An optional Wi-Fi module allows a mobile phone or tablet to connect to the system and view the camera feed through the supported application.
