How It Works
The perforating needle roller is installed in a converting or processing machine, where it rotates in contact with the substrate. The sharp, evenly spaced needles pierce the material as it passes through, creating consistent, uniform holes.

Hot Perforation: Heated needles melt clean holes in heat-sensitive materials like plastic films, preventing tearing and fraying.
