Product description

The filter press uses a special filter medium to exert a certain pressure on the object to make the liquid dialyze out. It is a kind of commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment. Used in chemical production, it is still widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, dyes, food, brewing, ceramics and environmental protection industries. The filter plate has stable performance, convenient operation, safety and labor saving; the metal press cylinder is processed by seamless steel pipe, and the plastic steel filter plate is precision cast, which is resistant to high temperature, high pressure and durable.

Technical Features

Inverter motor pull plate;
Automatic control system: The control adopts three major brands, Omron, Siemens and Schneider products to realize automatic control of the whole process;
The hydraulic system runs smoothly and reliably: the hydraulic components are made of high-quality products; the integrated block is processed by the machining center; the fuel tank is produced by the manufacturing process;
The main beam adopts H-shaped box structure, which has good structure and anti-side bending, which completely solves the problem of bending of the main beam. Diaphragm pressing, which is as large as 25kg, reduces the moisture content of the filter cake after pressing to less than 20%; the thickness of the filter cake is 45mm , increasing the volume of the filter chamber and the processing capacity of a single unit.
