2. Working principle and characteristics:
The motor, the V-belt wheel, the worm and the worm wheel drive, under the action of the eccentric crankshaft and the lifting rack, make the seven-corner hob of the gear shaft belt rotate periodically. The material is continuously moved and the particles are controlled and extruded by the screen and rotor gap. The production capacity varies with the moisture, type, viscosity and mesh of the material, and various sizes of particles can be produced. When the dry material is pulverized, the condensed material is collided and pulverized in a drum made of a seven-corner hob, and the dry material is forced to pass through the screen.
