Introduction of high speed mixing granulator
First, the introduction
High-speed mixing granulator is a new type of wet process that combines three steps of pulverization, mixing and granulation.
The grain is not ready. The machine is driven by a special stirring paddle to rotate, propel and disperse the material, which can be extremely short.
A very ideal blend is achieved in time. Then making a fully wetted soft material under the action of the binder.
Under the action of a special granulation paddle, it is quickly cut into particles with uniform particles.
The machine features:
1. The mixing speed is fast, the mixing precision is high, and a small amount of pigment or colored raw materials can be uniformly dispersed, which can be quickly prepared.
Uniformly wetted material;
2, three steps of continuous operation, automatic feeding and discharging, can achieve a multi-functional operation;
3, can save the binder 20%~30%, the particle drying speed is fast;
4, the production process is sealed, no dead angles and cross-contamination, especially to meet the requirements of the GMP of pharmaceutical production management regulations;
5. The machine is pneumatically controlled, hydraulically operated, electrically interlocked, easy to operate, and the discharge is extremely fast and thorough.
Second, the scope of application
The high-speed mixing granulator is suitable for the mixing of granular materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries for the mass production of particles in the range of 20 mesh to 80 mesh. The advantage is that a multi-purpose machine can save multiple equipments in the traditional process; it is efficient and fast, and it takes only 7 to 10 minutes for each batch of granulation, which is 4 to 5 times that of the traditional process.
The main technical parameters of the machine: volume 10, 50, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 600, 800 liters; mixing power 1.5~34KW; cutting power 0.85~11KW; mixing speed 80~600rpm; cutting speed 1500~3000rpm .
