Superfine grinder structure principle
The ultra-fine pulverizer consists of a machine base, a rotating drum, a crushing cutter, a fine powder trap, and a transmission system. The machine is a vertical drum structure, and the konjac powder raw material adopts the method of feeding the auger. When the material enters the pulverizing chamber, the vortex is boiled under the action of the negative pressure fan, and the drum is driven by the main power, and the cutter is pulverized. The high-speed rotation intersects with the boiling konjac powder to make high-speed cutting. After the cutting, the konjac powder reaches the standard konjac powder under the action of the fine powder trap and enters the cyclone separator to separate and discharge. The konjac powder that does not meet the standard continues to be cut at high speed until it reaches the need. After the fineness, the cyclone separator is separated and discharged.
Superfine grinder design principle
