A3: All Hosem generators come with a one-year or 1,000-hour warranty (whichever comes first). During this period, any quality-related issues will be covered by free replacement parts, and urgent spare parts will be shipped at Hosem Power’s expense.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% balance before shipment. For bulk or long-term cooperation orders, L/C at sight is also accepted.
