A1: Yes. Hosem Power offers OEM & customization services including logo printing, canopy color, control panel configuration, and alternator options based on customer requirements.
Q2: What is the production or manufacturing date for the generators?
A2: All generators are newly manufactured upon order. The production date is clearly marked on the generator nameplate and within the product manual.
Q3: What is your warranty policy?
A3: We provide a one-year 1,000 working hours warranty. During the warranty period, if any quality issues occur, we supply replacement spare parts free of charge, and Hosem Power covers the courier cost for urgent parts shipment.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: Typically 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is also acceptable for large orders.
Q5: How long is the delivery time?
A5: Normally 30 days, depending on order quantity and customization requirements.
