1. The heating chamber adopts circular furnace structure, the use of anti-carburizing brick, insulation fiber furnace belly has long service life, good temperature uniformity, and better atmosphere fluidity.
2. The heating room is equipped with a large flow stirring fan to ensure the flow of the atmosphere. Uniform and easy to maintain.
3. The front room elevator adopts a double-layer structure, the upper layer can be fed at the same time when the lower workpiece is quenched (the lower layer can be fed at the same time when the upper workpiece is slowly cooled), saving a lot of time and improving work efficiency.
4. Equipped with strong quenching capacity, large capacity quenching oil tank, heating and cooling speed; Two sets of independent mixing system, mixing speed variable frequency adjustable, oil temperature uniformity.
5. With the best automatic control system, it can ensure that the whole process is fully automatic and the whole process can be completed only in the control room.
6. The selection of instruments and meters are all imported, with high precision, simple operation interface, bright, simple and easy operation.
7. When adding equipment or other functions, it is realized through the expansion of PLC, which has the characteristics of easy addition and short addition time.
