RJ2 series 1200℃ high temperature well furnace is mainly used for alloy steel, high speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, shaft, pipe and other metal materials and mechanical parts in the general atmosphere or simple protection for normalizing, annealing, quenching heat treatment and other purposes
※ Product customization features:
RJ2 series high temperature pit furnace is the national standard energy-saving cycle type industrial furnace, the highest temperature of 1200℃, working temperature of 750-1200℃.
Customized minimum power 30KW, up to 4900KW; Furnace diameter φ300mm-φ11m, the maximum depth can reach 48 meters.
※ Product Features:
RJ2 series high temperature pit furnace structure, the shell is made of steel plate and section steel cylindrical furnace body, all using sealed welding.
The lining of the furnace is made of cotton masonry with all-fiber high pressure ceramic insulation module, which is tightly pressed and has excellent insulation effect.
The heating element adopts 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high resistance alloy belt, which is not easy to break and has long service life.
The furnace cover is manually or electrically lifted. In order to ensure safe operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism. The switch is interlocked with the power supply of the control cabinet of the high temperature pit furnace. When the furnace cover opens the time limit switch, the control power supply is cut off, so the power supply of the heating element is cut off at the same time to ensure safe operation.
If the user puts forward the need for atmosphere protection to reduce oxidation of the workpiece, a stainless steel three-head oil injector can be installed on the furnace cover, and methanol or kerosene can be dropped to produce a simple protective atmosphere, and a nitrogen intake pipe can be installed in the lower part of the furnace, which can be passed into nitrogen protection or dispersed flammable gas to prevent accidents.
This series of well furnace is equipped with microcomputer automatic temperature control cabinet, which can fully execute heat treatment process curve and achieve better energy-saving effect.
It is equipped with high-precision thermocouple and blue screen/color screen paperless automatic recorder for automatic control and automatic recording of furnace temperature.
※ Design and Manufacture certification:
