This series of turning trolley type resistance furnace is a new type of energy saving and environmental protection heat treatment equipment and super energy saving structure developed by our company. It is mainly used for quenching heat treatment of steel casting, high manganese steel liner, high chromium ball, low chromium ball, auto parts and other products.
※ Product Features:
1. The new ceramic fiber structure of the furnace lining saves 15-30% compared with the traditional furnace type, and the service life is as long as 5-8 years
2. Trolley walking and furnace door lifting are electric, stable operation, simple operation.
3. The heating element is made of high resistance electric heating alloy tape wound into wave shape, the surface load can reach 1.5~2.0w/cm2, the service life can reach 3~5 years, the resistance tape material :0cr27A17M02Re
4. The car, furnace body and furnace door are sealed with double sealing mechanism of electric cylinder and spring compression, which has high sealing performance, greatly saving energy consumables and reducing the use cost.
5. The control system is composed of microcomputer intelligent program controller and thyristor module, and its control accuracy can reach 1℃ to ensure the product process temperature curve.
6. The operation system of car access and furnace door lifting adopts self-locking device to prevent workers from misoperation and damage to equipment.
7. The bearing part of the trolley is made of high strength and high aluminum heavy brick. The panel of the furnace door and the coaming plate of the trolley are assembled with heat-resistant cast iron.
8. Integrated rail, a small number of products can be used without the foundation of the direct layout of the ground plane fixed, simple installation.
9. Stable flipping structure, flipping Angle :45 degrees, safe and simple to use, easy to maintain

2. Centralized computer control, a computer can remotely control the temperature control program setting, temperature curve record and other functions of multiple electric furnaces, easy operation and reliable control
3. Auto turning mechanism can choose mechanical or hydraulic turning structure.
