Shell structure
The shell of the medium temperature car furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel, which is not only strong and durable, but also can effectively protect the internal components from the external environment. The bottom of the furnace body is integrated with the trolley light rail, so that the user does not need to carry out infrastructure during installation, just place it on the flat cement floor to start using, greatly simplifying the installation process and saving space.
Lining structure
There are two common structural forms of the lining of the trolley furnace: one is the ultra-energy-saving all-ceramic fiber high-voltage module structure, and the other is the composite lining ultra-lightweight energy-saving fire-insulating brick masonry, and the aluminum silicate fiber blanket is placed in the sandwich for insulation. Both structures can significantly improve energy efficiency and reduce heat loss. In addition, heavy anti-collision bricks are used in the furnace and heavy high-aluminum anti-pressure bricks are used in the car surface, which help to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure safe operation.
Car design
A self-lifting sand sealing mechanism is installed between the trolley and the furnace body, which can effectively reduce the heat loss of the trolley furnace and strengthen the thermal insulation performance. By reducing heat radiation and convection losses, the sand sealing mechanism ensures the good sealing of the furnace body, thus improving the efficiency and quality of the heat treatment process.
Heating element
The heating element material of the medium temperature car furnace is usually the universal OCr25Al5 resistance band or resistance wire, which has excellent performance and can remain stable in the long-term use process, and is not easy to deformation or cracking. This selection ensures the reliability and durability of the heating element, while also ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the heat treatment process.
Temperature control system
The temperature control system is the key component of the medium temperature car furnace, which adopts the microcomputer program automatic temperature control cabinet produced by the company's own technology. The system can realize high-precision automatic execution of heat treatment process curve, and the temperature control accuracy reaches ±1℃. Such precise control can not only meet the complex heat treatment needs, but also ensure the consistency and reliability of product quality.
