Product use: This equipment is a special heat treatment equipment designed for sintering of a large number of powder metallurgy products.
※ Equipment Features
The mesh belt sintering furnace has the characteristics of advanced control, high productivity, remarkable energy saving and easy maintenance. The line heating zone adopts PID contactless automatic power control and multi-zone temperature control. Workpiece conveying adopts high temperature resistant metal mesh belt and electromagnetic stepless speed regulation. Can be arbitrarily set according to the process flow. Cooling section adopts jacket cooling mode, when the water temperature exceeds the set value, it will automatically increase the cooling flow and reduce the water temperature. The belt drive system of the belt sintering furnace adopts the driving mode of large roller or roller pressing. Imported inverter stepless speed regulation, stable operation, good protection performance.
