1. Standards

Incoming inspection of optical fibers, connectors, transmission chips and lightning protection modules;
Production assembly and optical path coupling inspection;
Optical transmission index test, relay transmission verification, surge & ESD protection test;
Wide temperature cycle test, anti-interference test, long-time uninterrupted operation test;
Aging screening and full performance regression test before delivery.
3. Tests
Optical loss, dispersion tolerance, transmission distance, relay capability, ESD/lightning protection, -40~75℃ temperature adaptability.
4. Tools
Optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR), fiber loss tester, ESD simulator, environmental test chamber.
