The dryer features a durable cylindrical drum with a diameter of Φ980mm and a length of 8000mm, constructed from 8mm thick materials to withstand continuous operation under temperatures up to 220°C. Its fully adjustable drying process allows operators to control drying time by modifying the drum’s inclination angle and rotation speed, offering flexibility based on material type and moisture content. With a continuous feeding and discharge system, the equipment supports seamless integration into automated production lines, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing throughput.
Equipped with a variable-speed drum drive system (0–14 rpm) and powered by a Y132S-4 5.5KW motor paired with an XWD-2 reducer, the dryer ensures smooth and stable operation. The integrated Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor provides accurate real-time temperature monitoring, while natural gas fuel enables clean and cost-effective heating. An adjustable-speed feeding mechanism and a 200mm wide belt conveyor with a 0.75KW motor further enhance material handling efficiency.
