WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. presents the Model 8000 Aluminum Chip Shredder, engineered for robust and efficient size reduction of aluminum chips, scrap, and other non-ferrous materials. Designed with industrial-grade components and intelligent control systems, this shredder ensures stable performance, low maintenance, and high throughput in metal recycling and processing operations.
The shredder features a durable single-shaft design with a compact footprint of 2.4m × 1.6m × 2m, making it suitable for space-constrained facilities. Powered by a 37KW main motor, the system delivers strong torque and consistent shredding power. Equipped with 46 rotary blades made of DC53 steel and 2 fixed blades made of D2 steel, the shredder provides excellent wear resistance and long service life even under continuous heavy-duty operation. The hydraulic power unit (5.5KW) enables smooth material feeding and reliable pressure control, while the PLC-based control cabinet ensures easy operation and automation compatibility.
With a hardened gear reducer from Guomao Reducer and a main shaft speed of 75 rpm, the Model 8000 offers reliable transmission and precise speed control. The cutter disc diameter of 300mm and swinging diameter of 350mm allow for efficient chip fragmentation within the 800mm × 1000mm shredding chamber. Designed for ease of integration and low operational noise, this shredder is ideal for aluminum smelters, recycling plants, and foundries looking to improve material preprocessing efficiency.
