Its advanced refractory lining, constructed with high-strength monolithic castable and insulated with top-grade aluminum silicate fiber, ensures minimal heat loss, leading to an impressive energy consumption of approximately 70kg of fuel per ton of molten metal under rated conditions.

Operation is both safe and convenient thanks to the integrated hydraulic tilting system, powered by a 2.2KW motor station, which allows for smooth and controlled pouring. Critical safety features include an emergency outlet and a leak alarm for added operational security. The furnace is supplied with a high-quality Golden Elephant brand silicon carbide graphite crucible, known for its longevity, typically offering a service life of 6 months or more. Precise temperature management is ensured by a K-type thermocouple and a Taiwan-made TE96 series automatic temperature controller, maintaining aluminum liquid temperature within ±10°C during the holding stage.
