With exhaust gas temperatures controlled below 100°C, the system maximizes waste heat recovery, improving energy efficiency and lowering operational costs.
Equipped with premium international electrical components and a user-friendly 7-inch computer operation screen, this aluminum melting furnace supports 4G remote control and monitoring. This feature allows for convenient remote debugging, real-time adjustments, and maintenance support, enhancing operational flexibility and uptime.
The third-generation dual-regenerative burner reduces power consumption by up to 60% compared to conventional burners while delivering the fastest heating performance in the crucible furnace category.
