The WDL-DM-1500 Aluminum Induction Melting Furnace is a high-capacity and energy-efficient melting system developed by WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. Equipped with a 400KW medium-frequency IGBT power supply, the system offers excellent heating efficiency and long-term operational stability, making it an ideal choice for customers seeking reliable aluminum melting equipment with modern power-saving features.
The WDL-DM-1500 uses an upgraded IGBT induction furnace power system with a wide output range of 40–400KW and a frequency range of 1–10kHz. This technology provides uniform heating, reduced oxidation loss, and shorter melting cycles, especially when processing aluminum ingots, recycled materials, and aluminum alloy scrap.
The power unit includes automatic temperature control, power regulation, and a high power factor (≥0.95), ensuring efficient and stable operation even under continuous production conditions.

The furnace adopts a heavy-duty steel shell, copper-tube induction coil, and a premium SIC graphite crucible, offering excellent thermal conductivity and long service life.
