The WDL Series Aluminum Dosing Furnace from WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. is designed to meet the growing demand for precision, efficiency, and energy savings in aluminum die-casting production. As die-casting factories upgrade toward automation and digital manufacturing, a stable and accurate aluminum dosing system becomes essential. The WDL dosing furnace delivers exceptional shot accuracy, consistent temperature control, and long-term operational reliability—making it one of the most advanced aluminum holding furnace solutions in the market.
The WDL dosing furnace is engineered for automotive die casting, communication parts, household appliance production, EV components, and other high-density aluminum casting applications.
With dosing accuracy within ±1.5%, the furnace ensures stable shot weight, reduces porosity, and improves casting consistency. The internal silicon carbide rod heating system and bottom metal extraction method ensure low oxidation, high purity molten aluminum, and reduced dross formation.
The system supports dosing volumes from 0.5 kg to 100 kg, making it compatible with die-casting machines ranging from ≤500T to over 4000T. Optional online aluminum degassing is available for high-end casting parts requiring superior mechanical performance.
