The Muffle Type Mesh Belt Steel Pipe Annealing Furnace is a fully automated heat-treatment system designed for the bright annealing and normalizing of precision steel pipes. Developed according to international standards and imported technology, this production line ensures excellent temperature uniformity, stable atmosphere protection, and consistent metallurgical quality. Engineered to meet the buyer requirement of φ14–38.1 mm steel pipes, with a wall thickness of 1–2.5 mm and a production capacity of 300 kg/h, this annealing furnace provides high productivity, low energy consumption, and outstanding brightness of finished pipes. The system integrates a heating furnace, cooling chamber, atmosphere control unit, mesh-belt conveying system, and PLC-based electrical control cabinet.
