Our bell-type furnace system employs a versatile "one furnace body + one base + one muffle tank + one cooling hood" configuration. Constructed with longevity in mind, the furnace features a high-integrity 310S stainless steel muffle tank, 12mm thick, ensuring a completely sealed environment for protective atmospheres like hydrogen or nitrogen. The 300mm thick ceramic fiber insulation minimizes heat loss, leading to superior thermal efficiency and a low body surface temperature rise.
Temperature uniformity is critical for consistent annealing. This furnace is equipped with a two-zone temperature control system, powered by a high-precision Japanese Shimaden SRS13A PID controller. This setup, managed via a user-friendly 10-inch MCGS touchscreen, guarantees a furnace temperature uniformity of ≤ ±8°C during the holding stage. A powerful 15KW water-cooled axial flow fan creates strong convection within the muffle, ensuring even heat distribution and eliminating cold spots.
