Superior Temperature Uniformity: Equipped with a powerful 2.2KW air-circulating fan and a full-fiber refractory lining, the furnace achieves excellent temperature uniformity of ±10°C throughout the 1200x1200x1200mm workspace.
Advanced Intelligent Control: Features a Japanese Shimaden 32-segment programmable temperature controller paired with a 10.1-inch touchscreen HMI. This system allows for precise recipe management, real-time data logging for over one year, and USB data export via a 7-inch paperless recorder.
Energy-Efficient & Durable Construction: The high-quality ceramic fiber insulation (max 900°C) combined with a CrMnN heat-resistant steel hearth plate (30mm thick) ensures minimal heat loss, low power consumption (<10% in empty furnace), and long-term durability under cyclic thermal loads.
Safe & Automated Operation: Incorporates fully electric operation for furnace door lifting (1-ton hoist) and bogie movement (2.2KW reducer). All actions feature electrical interlocks and over-temperature alarms for enhanced operational safety.
Reliable Heating System: Utilizes high-resistance 0Cr25AL5 alloy heating elements arranged on sidewalls, controlled by solid-state SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power regulators for smooth, adjustable power output (1-100%) and precise PID temperature control.
