Wuxi Wonderly Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. presents the WDL-RG-500, a robust and high-capacity 500kg electric resistance tilting type melting furnace. Engineered for demanding industrial applications, this crucible melting furnace is an ideal solution for foundries and metal workshops requiring efficient melting of aluminum, brass, zinc, and other low-melting-point non-ferrous metals and alloys. Its innovative hydraulic tilting system allows for safe, controlled, and ergonomic pouring, significantly improving operational safety and productivity.
The furnace is built with durability and energy efficiency at its core. The robust round column steel shell houses an advanced lining composed of superlight 0.6g/cm³ refractory bricks, silicate aluminum fiber blocks, and vermiculite powder, ensuring excellent thermal insulation. The powerful heating is delivered by high-performance OCr27A17MO2 resistance alloy wires, providing rapid and uniform heat distribution. A premium Gold Elephant brand SiC graphite crucible is included, known for its resistance to thermal shock and extended service life.
Precision control is guaranteed by a sophisticated PID electrical control system. Featuring a Taiwan-origin temperature controller, the system maintains a precise temperature stability of ±3°C. Dual thermocouples are employed for accurate monitoring: one measures the molten metal temperature inside a protective sheath, while the other monitors the furnace atmosphere. Safety is enhanced with features like soft-start, over-temperature protection, and a critical emergency outlet hole at the furnace base to prevent hazards from potential leaks.
