The core function of the WDL-CH system is to provide controlled, rapid quenching for hot springs delivered by robot. An infrared thermometer first verifies each spring reaches the required temperature (≥780°C) before granting entry. Qualified springs are then smoothly received and rapidly submerged into the quenching oil by a dedicated lifting mechanism. The innovative stepping-type chain plate conveyor within the tank ensures precise, controlled movement and dwell time for uniform cooling. After quenching, springs are automatically transferred via a V-shaped hopper and conveyor system to the next stage, such as a tempering furnace.

Key to maintaining consistent results is the quenching oil temperature control system. A high-capacity closed-loop heat exchanger (Model BNL-80), with a cooling capacity of 550,000 kcal/h, ensures the oil bath temperature remains within a stable range of 20°C to 80°C, typically below 60°C for optimal process control. Furthermore, the integrated oil fume extraction and purification system actively captures and filters smoke and mist from the tank's inlet and outlet areas. Utilizing a two-stage electrostatic field principle, it effectively removes pollutants, deodorizes, and ensures exhaust meets environmental standards.
