The core function of the 130# Ash Recycling Machine is to separate entrapped metallic aluminum from the oxide-rich dross through a mechanical stirring and cooling process. The machine features a large, wear-resistant and heat-resistant cast iron pot that can withstand the high temperatures of hot dross. A robust H13 mold steel spindle drives heavy-duty ductile iron stirring paddles, thoroughly agitating the dross mixture. This action breaks apart the dross, liberates molten aluminum droplets, and promotes their coalescence and settling, while the oxides form a separate ash layer.
Designed for semi-continuous batch processing, the machine offers a short cycle time of 10-15 minutes per batch, translating to a production capacity of 400-600 kg per cycle. Its efficient design ensures a metallic aluminum recovery rate of ≥90% from the processed dross, reclaiming substantial value that would otherwise be lost.
