Our ingot casting machine features a staged casting unit that perfectly meets the production process requirements for electric furnace aluminum ingot casting. It is versatile enough to handle the casting of various grades of aluminum blocks. The core of the system is its automatic liquid separation pouring method and efficient water spray cooling system, which work in tandem to produce ingots with consistent quality and excellent surface finish.
A key highlight is the automatic hammering demolding mechanism, which achieves an exceptional demolding rate of ≥99.5%. This high rate minimizes manual intervention, reduces labor costs, and ensures continuous, uninterrupted production. The ingots are demolded at an optimal temperature between 20°C to 35°C, guaranteeing structural integrity.
The line is built for durability and low maintenance. It utilizes cast iron molds with aluminum mold casting, ensuring a smooth, burr-free surface and a service life of over 5,000 cycles. The drive system employs a robust cycloidal pinwheel reducer and a variable frequency motor, allowing for precise control over the ingot conveyor speed from 0 to 3.8 m/min. This adjustability lets operators fine-tune the line to match upstream melting output perfectly.
