This industrial-grade shredder excels in handling challenging materials with its powerful cutting mechanism. The core of its efficiency lies in the robust rotor equipped with 46 high-wear-resistant DC53 alloy steel cutting blades, working against two durable D2 material bed knives to deliver consistent shearing and tearing action. Driven by a high-torque 90kW main motor and a precision hardened gear reducer, the machine ensures stable and powerful shredding force, maximizing throughput and minimizing energy consumption per ton processed.
The WONDERY Single-Shaft Shredder is designed with operational intelligence and safety in mind. It features a fully integrated PLC Control Cabinet for automated operation, monitoring, and protection. The hydraulic power unit facilitates smooth material feeding and allows for automatic reversal in case of overload, protecting the core components from damage.
