The WDL-RGQ-350 gas-fired aluminum melting and holding furnace is a high-performance industrial unit engineered for the efficient melting of aluminum and aluminum alloys. Rated performance is based on: stable furnace operation, fuel heat value ≥8400Kcal/Nm³, continuous melting conditions, and fuel consumption calculated under 3 hours of uninterrupted production.
The furnace shell is fabricated from welded and cast steel plates, ensuring high mechanical strength. The pressure ring uses cast iron for improved temperature and load resistance.
The melting chamber is constructed with a one-time forming high-strength castable, offering excellent resistance to erosion and thermal shock. With a compressive strength of 140 MPa and a linear change rate of only 0.1%, it ensures long service life. Insulation uses premium aluminum silicate fiber boards combined with lightweight firebricks for optimal heat retention and reduced fuel loss.
Equipped with a high-efficiency gas burner, the system includes automatic ignition, temperature control, and flame monitoring. When the set temperature is met, the burner stops automatically; when temperature drops below the threshold, it re-ignites to maintain stable melting conditions.
A powerful and smooth hydraulic tilting mechanism enables safe pouring and easy operation, especially suitable for continuous casting or ladle transfer.
The complete package includes the furnace body, integral gas burner, electrical control system, electric cabinet, automatic temperature controller (Taiwan), thermocouples, Golden Elephant graphite crucible and retaining ring, hydraulic system, and a full operation manual.
