With an effective working size of Φ900×1000mm, this furnace is ideal for treating molds, carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and powder metallurgy components. Engineered for precision and durability, it supports a maximum temperature of 650°C with exceptional temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, ensuring consistent and reliable heat treatment results.
This advanced nitriding furnace features a two-zone temperature control system equipped with Japan Shimaden instruments and an automatic nitrogen potential control system. The furnace structure includes a robust steel shell, a composite lining made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber for superior thermal efficiency, and heating elements formed from 0Cr25AL5 iron-chromium alloy for long-lasting performance. The nitriding furnace tank is constructed from 8mm heat-resistant stainless steel, and the furnace cover integrates a water-cooled sealing system to ensure operational safety and extended service life.
The nitrogen control system utilizes a thermal conductivity hydrogen analyzer and a programmable JDT-1 nitrogen potential controller, supporting both automatic and manual modes for precise ammonia decomposition rate management. This system is suitable for pure ammonia, methanol, ethanol, and CO₂ atmospheres, offering flexible process programming with up to 10 sections per program and storage for 100 sets. Electrical components are sourced from reputable domestic and international brands, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance.
