The Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace, model WDL-RLL-50, is a high-performance industrial melting system designed for precise and efficient metal processing under high vacuum conditions. This vacuum melting furnace is widely used in the production of nickel-based alloys, precision alloys, reactive metals, high-temperature alloys, magnetic materials, and specialty steels. It is also ideal for precision casting of small components under vacuum, ensuring high purity and material integrity.

Equipped with either an IGBT or KGPS medium frequency power supply, the furnace can reach a maximum temperature of 2300℃, making it suitable for demanding metallurgical applications. The vacuum system consists of a mechanical pump, Roots pump, and diffusion pump, providing an ultimate vacuum degree of 6×10⁻³ Pa. This high vacuum environment minimizes oxidation and contamination, resulting in clean, high-quality melts.

The furnace features a full feeder system, allowing alloying elements to be added sequentially to the molten metal in the crucible via a handwheel. For more advanced operations, an optional secondary feeding system enables continuous feeding without breaking the vacuum, improving process efficiency and flexibility.

User-friendly operation is ensured through a high-precision touchscreen interface powered by a proprietary operating system. The furnace cover includes an observation window protected by a removable shield, preventing metal vapor deposits from obscuring the view while allowing operators to monitor the melting process safely.
