Effective workspace of 1000×1250×1100mm, maximum temperature 1000℃, and dual-door design enhance operational efficiency for various mold dewaxing processes.
Core Performance:
0Cr21Al6Nb heating elements installed on five surfaces ensure uniform heat distribution. Power rating 100kW (1-100% adjustable), temperature uniformity ±10℃, guaranteeing consistent dewaxing results. 30mm thick Ni7N heat-resistant steel hearth plate provides excellent load-bearing capacity.
Intelligent Control:
Equipped with 10.1-inch touchscreen and Japanese Shimaden PID controller, programmable for multiple heat treatment recipes, supporting temperature curve recording and export. Over-temperature alarm and SCR regulation ensure safe operation.
