This aluminum rod casting line features a dual-sided, 24-strand design, significantly boosting output to a rated capacity of over 1 ton per hour. At the heart of the system is a resistance insulation holding furnace equipped with a sophisticated PID temperature control system. Utilizing reliable components from Shimaden and Delixi, the system ensures precise thermal management, maintaining the molten aluminum at an optimal temperature for superior crystallization. The specially designed crystallizers feature a built-in graphite core and a secondary water spray cooling system within the water jacket, guaranteeing rapid solidification and a flawless surface finish on the final 9.5mm rod.
The continuous casting machine integrates a highly rigid draw-casting unit. Unlike traditional spring-pressed systems, our traction machine uses a cylinder-linked upper roller against a driven lower roller, ensuring micro-gap precision and stable pulling force. This mechanical advantage minimizes slippage and guarantees uniform diameter across all 24 strands at a traction speed of 300-650 mm/min. Following the casting process, integrated coiling machines automatically wind the finished product into neat coils, streamlining the production workflow from start to finish.
The complete package is managed by an intelligent control cabinet with a user-friendly HMI touch screen, pre-programmed with our specialized casting software. This reduces the learning curve for operators and allows for uninterrupted monitoring and parameter adjustment.
