This industrial furnace is ideal for pressure casting, gravity casting, and liquid forging applications, delivering high performance with energy-saving features.
The WDL-RG-T300 gas-fired crucible furnace combines robust construction with intelligent combustion control. Its furnace shell is made from welded steel plates and shaped steel, while the molten pool section is integrally cast for exceptional strength and longevity. The furnace lining utilizes high-grade aluminum silicate fiberboard and lightweight bricks, ensuring excellent thermal insulation.
A key feature is the built-in preheater made from 316 stainless steel, which recovers heat from flue gases to preheat combustion air above 150°C. This significantly reduces energy costs and minimizes environmental impact in the workshop. The furnace is equipped with a split-type gas burner system offering adjustable flame control (30–100%), automatic ignition, flame monitoring, and precise temperature regulation.
The control system includes a PLC touchscreen interface with a clear LED display for real-time monitoring of molten aluminum temperature. Designed for ease of operation and maintenance, this furnace ensures stable performance under continuous working conditions.
