This equipment ensures excellent airtightness, preventing oxidation during processing, and delivers rapid, uniform cooling through an efficient gas quenching system. Manufactured in compliance with ISO standards, it supports both manual and fully automatic operation, reducing human error and enhancing production reliability.
The furnace features a robust horizontal single-chamber design with an effective workspace of 900×600×600 mm and achieves a maximum temperature of 1300°C. Its advanced vacuum system, equipped with Leybold pumps, reaches an ultimate vacuum of ≤8×10⁻⁴ Pa, ensuring a clean and controlled environment. The integrated high-pressure gas quenching system operates at up to 10 bar with nitrogen, enabling fast cooling from 1200°C to below 150°C in under 5 minutes. This makes it ideal for vacuum heat treatment, solution treatment, and high-pressure quenching processes.
Key components include a durable stainless steel and molybdenum heating chamber, a 132 kW internal circulation fan with inverter control, and a precise Eurotherm temperature controller. The system also includes comprehensive safety protections, real-time monitoring, and data recording via an intuitive PLC-based interface with Ethernet connectivity.
