This furnace features excellent airtightness to prevent oxidation during heat treatment, ensuring superior surface finish and consistent results. Designed in compliance with ISO standards, it supports both manual and fully automatic operation, reducing operator error and improving process repeatability.
With a compact horizontal single-chamber layout, the furnace offers an effective workspace of 700×500×500 mm and reaches a maximum temperature of 1300°C. It is equipped with a high-efficiency three-stage vacuum system using Leybold pumps, achieving an ultimate vacuum of ≤8×10⁻⁴ Pa for a contaminant-free environment. The high-pressure gas quenching system operates at up to 6 bar using nitrogen, enabling rapid cooling from 1200°C to below 150°C in just 5 minutes—ideal for solution treatment, vacuum brazing, and quenching processes.
Key components include a durable stainless steel and molybdenum heating chamber, a 110 kW water-cooled internal circulation fan with frequency converter control, and a precise Eurotherm 3504 temperature controller. The system integrates comprehensive safety interlocks, real-time monitoring, and data logging via a user-friendly PLC-based touchscreen interface with Ethernet connectivity.
