This crucible-type electric resistance aluminum melting furnace features a hydraulic tilting structure, specifically designed for melting and holding of low-melting-point non-ferrous metals and alloys (aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, etc.). The furnace body is a cylindrical steel plate structure with a composite insulation lining of aluminum silicate fiber + lightweight refractory brick + vermiculite powder, equipped with a Morgan graphite crucible and PID intelligent temperature control system. Typical applications include centralized melting and holding stations for aluminum die-casting, sand casting, and gravity casting production lines.

Excellent insulation performance – empty furnace heating time ≤3h – low heat loss and energy consumption.
3.2 PID Intelligent Dual-Temperature Measurement Control System:Equipped with Taiwan Taisee intelligent temperature controllers (2 units) + power regulator (SCR) – control accuracy ±3℃ (standard conditions). Dual thermocouple configuration – one measuring chamber atmosphere temperature, the other measuring actual aluminum liquid temperature (with silicon carbide protection tube) – enables precise control of actual aluminum temperature – prevents over/under heating.
3.3 Hydraulic Tilting System:Hydraulic tilting mechanism – smooth and controllable pouring – precise liquid output control. Significantly reduces labor intensity and improves safety compared to manual pouring.
3.4 High-Purity Heating Elements:Heating elements made of OCr27A17MO2 high-resistance electric heating alloy wire – operating temperature 850℃ – excellent oxidation resistance and long service life. Single-zone heating control – power 200kW – melting rate approximately 450-500kg/h.
3.5 Morgan Brand Graphite Crucible:Morgan brand graphite crucible – high thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance – service life ≥6 months (depending on operating conditions). Cast iron pressing ring secures crucible for stable operation.
