This steel-shell hydraulic tilting medium frequency induction melting furnace is specifically designed for rapid melting and holding of aluminum alloys and other non-ferrous metals. Featuring KGPS thyristor medium frequency power supply (500kW/1000Hz) with parallel inverter circuit, fully digital control board, and closed-loop feedback system, it offers fast melting speed and high efficiency. Typical applications include centralized melting and liquid supply stations for aluminum die-casting, sand casting, and gravity casting production lines.

3.2 Steel-Shell Hydraulic Tilting Furnace:Steel frame structure + hydraulic tilting system – 2 hydraulic cylinders for tilting (0-95°) – reset by furnace body weight. Hydraulic station with dual motors and dual pumps (one active, one standby – automatic switching) – remote console – smooth and stable pouring without shock or creeping – speed adjustable – can stop at any position.

3.3 High-Performance Induction Coil & Magnet Yoke:Coil material T2 copper tube (5mm thickness) – designed and optimized with dedicated software based on electromagnetic field principles – power deviation ≤5%. Advanced inter-layer insulation process – inner wall sprayed with imported high-temperature insulating materials – equipped with leakage alarm system. Magnet yoke: cold-rolled silicon steel sheets + stainless steel clamps – reduces magnetic flux leakage – prevents furnace body heating – improves electrical efficiency.

3.4 Closed-Loop Circulating Water Cooling System:Closed-loop circulating cooling system (main unit + 2 water tanks + control box) – power supply cooling ≥12m³/h (outlet ≤35℃) – furnace cooling ≥20m³/h (outlet ≤45℃) – water pressure 0.15-0.35MPa. Closed-loop circulation prevents scaling and corrosion – extends equipment service life.

3.5 Graphite Crucible & Fast Furnace Lining:Graphite crucible – service life approximately 4-6 months. 10-15mm refractory material sprayed inside coil – enables fast furnace lining – prevents thermal deformation affecting service life. Optional lining ejection mechanism – quickly removes damaged lining for fast rebuilding.
