Control method: SSR module control output to achieve fine
PID adjustment temperature control. (It covers the influence
of large instantaneous current impact and large control
fluctuation caused by traditional zero-crossing triggering,
and can make the output voltage change smoothly and linearly.
It automatically adjusts the output power size according to
the temperature error, so that the internal temperature of the
equipment is stable and the performance is excellent.)
Air supply mode: forced horizontal air supply/strong pressure

Timing device: HS48S-99.99 timing device, which can be
switched manually/automatically. When the temperature
reaches the set temperature, the timing starts, and when
the time reaches the set range, the heating power is cut off.
And the buzzer alarm prompts.
Secondary mechanical protection: Prevent the main temperature
control of the equipment from failing, causing the temperature
to continue to rise.
When the secondary protection setting value is reached,
the heating is cut off and an audible and visual alarm is issued.
