Brandt VSM 300 shale shaker screen are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The composite frames adopt that high temperature resistance and wearproof and anti-knock polyester fiber. They are sturdy and reliable. Screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to the composite support frame. Accessary rubber plugs can be used to repair rips or tears. Main features
1. The composite frame screen is mainly composed of a composite frame and 2 or 3 layers of stainless steel wire mesh. The wire mesh can be combined with a frame with metal rubber lining or directly adhered to the frame.
2. Each layer of wire mesh has different mesh sizes, accurately and reasonably enabling more fine mesh sieving.
3. The high-strength composite frame vibrating screen and moderately stretched wire mesh form a reliable whole, significantly improving the fluidity.
4. The rapid wedge-shaped tensioning device makes the installation of the screen more convenient and saves the time for machine shutdown and screen replacement.
5. The wire mesh is divided into several independent small meshes to prevent excessive expansion due to local damage.
6. The excellent high-strength composite frame enhances corrosion resistance. It has good shock absorption performance and extends the service life of the screen.
