1. The 6YL series screw oil press is designed to meet the requirements of customers for oil production. The machine is reasonable in design, advanced in performance and beautiful in shape. It is suitable for direct processing of rape, peanut, sunflower seed, sesame, and other oil crops.

2. It does not need to be steamed and fried. It saves time, labor and space. It has large processing capacity, high oil output rate, crystal and pure oil, no foam and no impurities. The automatic feeding elevator can fully realize production automation.

Structure:
This machine mainly includes four parts:
1. Main engine 2. Screw system 3. Electrical system 4. Vacuum pump
The following is the specific introduction:
Main engine includes base,upright,top plate,oil drip pan,nut and etc which is one of the main parts. When the oil material is put into the assembly of the press boring,then it being driven up by the oil cylinder piston ,oil will be outflow from the gap
of press boring,and then pass the oil drip pan to the drum for oil storage

1. The temperature of the oil is automatically temperature controlled to improve the processing speed of the oil, and the low temperature environment can be produced normally.

2. The infrared heating preheating temperature can be controlled to set the heating system, and the press can be pressed at the start.

3. The oil filter is dense so that the oil can be filtered clean.

4. The L shape of oil cake feeding system can directly press oil cake twice, to ensure the high oil yield

Pre-service:
1.We will test and adjust before we send the oil presser, make sure it can be used with confidence after receiving it.
2.We accept the customized model.

After-service:

1).The equipment guarantee period is one year, During guarantee period, the seller will provide maintenance free service.(Except the breakdown and destroy caused by person and force majeure)

2). After receiving the inquiry for repairing the engineer of sell party will solve by phone and email, if necessary the engineer will go to solve the problem on the spot, the buyer should pay daily salary $100, also pay technical visa cost, round trip tickets, rooms and meals.

3). During the quality guarantee period, if it is the quality problem (except easily damaged parts), the cost for maintenance and replace will be borne by sellers.

4). During guarantee period, the seller will not provide service of with compensation as follows:

The damage caused by person and force majeure;

The damage caused by improper operating;

The damage caused by reforming, decomposing assembling.

5). Paid service will be provided for the long term after guarantee period.
