Description:

The All-Open Mold Rack System is developed with an engineering-first approach to address the core challenges of heavy mold storage: accessibility, load stability, and workflow efficiency.
The system features an open-frame, full pull-out design (up to 95%), enabling direct and unobstructed access to each mold. This eliminates blind handling, reduces reliance on operator judgment, and significantly lowers the risk of impact damage—especially in high-value tooling environments.
Designed using high-strength steel profiles and reinforced load-bearing beams, each level supports 800 kg to 3,000 kg with consistent load distribution. The structure ensures minimal deflection, maintaining long-term dimensional stability even under continuous heavy-duty use.
Available in 2, 3, or 4-column configurations, the system can be tailored to specific load capacities and layout constraints. Adjustable layer heights allow precise alignment with mold dimensions, maximizing vertical storage efficiency without compromising accessibility.
A manual sliding system integrated with a positioning lock mechanism ensures smooth extension and secure placement during operation. This controlled movement reduces dynamic load risks and enhances operator safety during mold retrieval and storage.
With customizable dimensions and depths up to 1100 mm, the system is engineered to optimize floor space while maintaining ergonomic access. It is particularly effective in facilities where high-density storage must coexist with safe manual or assisted handling.
