The LNK-XS1208 Series 10Gigabit Data Center Switch is a layer 2, non-blocking model from Broadcom chips. It boasts a 258Gbps switching capacity and 192Mpps forwarding performance, able to handle any L2 and L3 full wire-speed forwarding needs. Its flexible networking capability ensures a reliable and balanced connection. Furthermore, with its modular design it provides 12 10G SFP+ optical ports, 8 10/100/1000M RJ45 electrical ports, 1 Console port, and 1 OOB management port to ensure an abundance of bandwidth for data aggregation and data exchange.
The practicality of the switch is enhanced by allowing users to select the appropriate 10G port according to their precise requirements. With its high bandwidth and low latency, it promises accurage pipe networking.
Moreover, this switch is extremely versatile, as it is perfect for the densities of a next generation data center and cloud computing network access, but is also suitable for large-scale internet cafes, core enterprise networks, metropolitan area networks, and for aggregation.
The industry's highest performance (1U TOR) offers 258Gbps backplane bandwidth, supporting SFP hot plug, and hardware routing with a wire speed packet rate at 192Mpps.
Able to be deployed in a Metropolitan Area Network, this highly efficient system offers several last kilometer technologies, along with DOS, DDOS, spoofing and virus defense.
It also supports IEEE802.1x, providing users with port-based authentication, network shields, safety controls, and policy control technologies.
